      Spanish Story Wines: a gold and 2 silver medals in Catavinum 2015

      Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition has just published the results of the tasting of this 2015 edition. Spanish Story has been awarded with A GOLD for Spanish Story Albariño 2013 and 2 SILVERS, one for Spanish Story Tempranillo 2012 and another one for Spanish Story Verdejo 2014! Here below, our medals:

      Our medals are according to these scores:

      Gold Medal: 89 to 94 points.
      Silver Medal: 80 to 88 points.

      To carry out the competition a total of 2481 wines and spirits were tasted, and 743 have obtained a medal. More than 17 countries have been represented this year in this International Competition: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, USA, Turkey, etc.

      The objectives of this competition are the following:

      • Inform consumers and international wine and spirits professionals on the quality of the winning brands, helping the diffusion and communication of them.
      • Provide messages to 80% of consumers who expect international references on quality wines and spirits.
      Promote the production of quality wines and spirits.
      • Contribute to the diffusion of the culture of wine and spirits.

      Catavinum World Wine and Spirits Competition 2015 (CWWSC) is open to all wines and spirits of the world: still, sparkling, liqueur, semi-sweet/sweets wines and spirits. It is organized and developed by Catavinum in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain). The jury consists of the tasting committee of catavinum.
