SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL WINE LABEL COMPETITION:
The San Francisco International Wine Label Competition has already published their annual awards. Among 152 entrants, Spanish Story has been awarded with a GOLD medal for the design of the entire series of labels “Spanish Story”, created by the designer Paula Peñín.
The 2015 Label Competition was held on June 16th. The Label Design judges included:
– Joel Blum: Graphic Designer of the San Francisco International Wine Competition, Los Angeles, www.sfwinecomp.com.
– Thomas Gronbukt of the Academy of Art University, and
– Patti Mangan, Principal and Creative Director, Imagine That Design Studios, www.imaginethatsf.com
The San Francisco Label Competition was celebrated with the 35th annual San Francisco International Wine Competition. All the competitions, wine and label competition, took place at the Nikko Hotel in downtown San Francisco on June 2015.
Spanish Story Albariño 2014 was also awarded with a Bronze Medal in the San Francisco Wine Competition 2015. The record breaking year included 4,902 products from 29 states and 26 countries.
